I’ve suffered from indigestion my whole life. I figured out early on my stomach is not very good at handling western food - flour & dairy. Living in England has not been kind to said organ. You think it wouldn’t be that hard, when I write it as flour and dairy, but it consists of the bulk of what the English eat. Bread, butter, cream, cheese, & milk. So, after 3 years of a bloated and gassy stomach, I’ve decided to conduct an experiment.
I’m cutting processes wheat this week, and cheese next week.
So what did I eat today?
밥, 된장찌개(감자, 배추), 깻잎조림, 마른 반찬
dried sour cherries, dried cranberries
